What we have here is an original Columbia Recording Studios reference acetate for Laura Nyro's landmark 1971 LP Gonna Take A Miracle.
What makes this even more interesting is that it is labeled MONO and to the best of our knowledge, a mono mix of this LP has never been available commercially or otherwise. 
If you are unfamiliar with acetates, PLEASE educate yourself before bidding. These are extremely fragile items do not have the same playback qualities of vinyl LPs.

VINYL: We hesitate to give this a letter grade, but visually this is in pretty rough shape. Lots of marks and scratches but no chipping or cracking of the lacquer save a tiny edge chip that is nowhere near the grooves.
Due to the extremely fragile nature of acetates and the fact that they degrade with every play, we have NOT play-graded this and only given it a light clean. A few quick needle drops reveal a fair amount of surface noise and I would be shocked if there are not areas where this will skip.
