Original MONO Record Album LP made in the U.S.A. in the 1960's by BLUE NOTE (BLP 4221) 

- NEW YORK USA address on both Labels
- VAN GELDER is stamped in the run off grooves on each side

RECORD CONDITION:  NEAR MINT / very close to MINT-
 - both sides play great, like new - what a beautiful copy of this great album!
- Labels show a very tiny hint of light wear on one side, a few very light spindle marks on each side 
- the original BLUE NOTE company sleeve is included 

COVER CONDITION:  EXCELLENT+ / not far from NEAR MINT
 - still has the original plastic wrap on it (Not Sealed)
- there is very light wear at the tips of the 2 right hand corners, a very light less than 1/2 split at the top right corner & very little wear in a few spots along the open end
