BEST PRICED COPY ON EBAY AS OF 01-19-2017. There are two other copies currently sitting on eBay for $64 (VG+ condition) and $104 (incl. post.).
Psychedelic rock band from Kent, Ohio fronted by excellent Mary Strepka. This group is considered psychedelic, progressive and also baroque!! Excellent arrangements and guitar playing as well.
VERY difficult to find a first pressing of this LP. Mainstream did not have the support the major labels had and did not have the distribution clout either, so Lacewing sank with little trace even though songs like “Crystal Myth”, “Paradox” and “Galvanized Midget” still stand up today. The LP was reissued on 180g vinyl though the sound was “cleaned up” for this reissue.
Stored vertically in a smoke free environment for 47 years.
