ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING?: Yes...
CONDITION: (cover/record): (MINT / MINT) ...NEW, unplayed! ...
...Comes in clear PVC sleeve, with numbered sticker (this is #0868)...she's signed the sleeve PRIOR to the sticker being attached, and the sticker covers the end of her signature, as she's signed it quite large (note second pic which shows it from the reverse side...she's added 'xx' at the end)
