Munch with The BSO -
Darius Milhaud
LA CREATION DU MONDE –
Classic Audiophile of Rca LDS-2625 –
4 Single-Sided LPs 45 RPM –
VERY BEST!
When Classic Records started taking on the re-do of “Living Stereo” recordings in the modern day, they pushed the envelope of mastering and cutting vinyl in the very best way.
Finally, with larger works, someone got the notion, “What would happen if we cut the music from the original master tapes at 45RPM and only cut one side per disc?”
The answer proved astonishing, providing listeners like you and me with some of the most natural, unlimited sound you can push through a hi-fi.
This 4-sided Classic is Munch’s fine read with the BSO of Milhaud’s THE CREATION OF THE WORLD. Each LP is in its own slipcase cover, the entire set near mint throughout.
Absolutely, positively not to be missed.
For other fine records, TAS picks and hard-to-finds, please see my complete list of offerings here on eBay.
Shipping and handling is $5 for up to 5 LPs shipped within the States. Internationally, $16 via airmail for the first LP, $4 each thereafter. (Canada is half that.) Boxes over 4 lbs., add another $6, because First Class is no longer available at that weight, just Priority Mail. Note, too, boxed sets of LPs require more postage.
