The goal at AMG is to increase the level of trust across our collecting community. The label created for each piece is an honest and objective representation of the item?s condition ? providing collectors and investors with confidence and eliminating the frustrations of buying pieces sight unseen.

For Sealed Records ? AMG looks at two components for each submitted sealed item: (1) the cover and (2) the shrink wrap. Splits and damage to the shrink wrap along with physical damage to the album sleeve are combined to determine an overall grade. Other factors considered are staining, sticker damage or removal, factory discount markings (notches, holes, clipped corners, etc.).

Every item submitted for documentation and archiving includes a professional digital image and a Statement of Archival (SOA). Each SOA is stamped and signed by a corporate officer, with a matching serial-numbered hologram.

AMG has encapsulated this Record with a Hologram AMG sticker and a Serial numbers and QR code.

AMG's grading scale uses a modified version of the Goldmine standard that's long been used in record collecting. We take the Goldmine conditions (e.g. Near Mint, Very Good Minus, etc), apply our own set of criteria and assign a numerical grade (from 1-10) which is then printed on each label that is encapsulated with each graded piece of media.

Albums may show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches. Slight warps are OK. There may be some very light wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable. A VG+ cover might have some very minor seam wear that's more extensive than seen on an EX cover or a split (less than one inch long) at the bottom, the most vulnerable location. Also, a VG+ cover may have some defacing, such as larger cut-outs or other factory markings. Other audio media may contain slight wear to labels, j-cards or inserts, scuffing to cellophane or insignificant small tears on sealed items. Light to moderate wear to the physical media, but not too distracting.

Discography About The Record:

For Kiss' breakthrough 1975 release Alive!, the band had a total of three studio albums from which to select their in-concert repertoire. By mid-1977, Kiss had released another three studio recordings (Destroyer, Rock and Roll Over, and Love Gun), and with a new Kiss album needed for the holiday season, a second live album, Alive II, was assembled. Three sides were recorded live in concert at the Los Angeles Forum (with a few tracks recorded in Japan), while the fourth side featured five new studio recordings. Like its predecessor, there's been quite a lot of speculation concerning extensive overdubbing (the proof being that you can often hear several Paul Stanley voices singing backup simultaneously!), but Alive II shows that Kiss was still an exciting live band despite all the hype. Adrenaline-charged versions of "Detroit Rock City," "Love Gun," "Calling Dr. Love," "Shock Me," "God of Thunder," "I Want You," and "Shout It Out Loud" are all highlights. On the fourth side, Ace Frehley only plays on a single song (his self-penned classic "Rocket Ride") for reasons unknown, while session guitarist Bob Kulick filled in for the AWOL Frehley. Among the studio tracks is the made-for-the-stage anthem "Larger Than Life," which the band surprisingly never performed live.
