Kinks Face To Face Pye NPL 18149 First Release EXCELLENT CONDITION
This is a rare first release in excellent condition. The matrix numbers are A2-H side 1 and B2-H side 2. The sleeve shows virtually no wear apart from some age browning of the laminate. The record has some surface scuffing but none is audible (see wave trace data). The sound quality is excellent. An original blue advertising liner is included.
SLEEVE - Excellent - front, rear, edges and corners all clean and undamaged. No markings or writing.
RECORD VISUALLY - Very Good - Side 1: 2 small hairline marks, one spindle graze across run-off area. Side 2: 5 hairline marks (5 to 10 mm).
RECORD SOUND - Excellent - None of the visual marks is audible (see wave trace) - some faint crackle between tracks.
WAVE TRACE - The recorded wave trace shows a clean profile with no spikes (which would indicate audible clicks) or repeat peaks (scratches). The visible peaks are all in the music.
Packaging - the record will be triple wrapped in a polythene sleeve and polystyrene inside a stiff card case.
