Description
King Crimson - Un Reve Sans Consequence Speciale (Vinyl, 1974, TAKRL bootleg). TAKRL 1928
A live bootleg of King Crimson. In true bootleg fashion, packaging is minimal. There is a plain white jacket (Mine has glue residue where a stick-on label was removed, it looks like), a printed insert, plain labels, and no inner sleeve. The three pics above tell the whole story.
This is likely a second issue . . . there are copies out there with a more extensive insert and R. Crumb drawings on the labels, . . . I think those are the first issue.
The insert says the recording is from a show in Amsterdam in early 1974. I can't find a record of KC having played in Amsterdam at the time . . . I'm guessing that the show in question is probably November 1973, when the band did play in Amsterdam.
Quality is pretty good for a bootleg. Re the pricing: I have seen crazy pricing of this here and there on the net. I think the Buy It Now price is more than fair.
The title means "a dream of no special consequence" if my rudimentary French is correct.
