Description
First pressing of King Crimsons Red. A-3u Sean, b-3u pecko matrix nos. Pink rim island label.
The record itself is in excellent condition with a lovely glossy black shine. I have inspected it under bright lights and can find almost no imperfections at all, the only exception being a slight mark running parallel with the grooves near the beginning of side 2. This doesn't appear to be very deep and is almost invisible except when viewed under lights. Other than that the vinyl looks almost new. I have playtested the record and the sound is excellent, with beautiful clarity and and excellent bottom end.
I have graded the sleeve as VG+, as there is a small amount of laminate peel occurring on both the front and back. This is fortunately restricted only to the sides and hasn't progressed very far, but this issue does stop me grading the sleeve as excellent. Other than that the sleeve is in fantastic condition with no creasing or similar wear. The blue inner sleeve is present and in great condition, too. Overall! This is a lovely copy of this album, which is in remarkably good condition.
All records are cleaned and play tested before listing. Will post in reinforced record mailers with stiffeners.
