Original 1968 stereo issue, pink label with yellow spiral, plain paper inner sleeve. 

Keith Jarrett Trio with Charlie Haden & Paul Motian.

Record is EX+ to MINT-: VERY SHINY & CLEAN with just a few barely visible superficial inaudible visual only scuff marks which don't affect play. No spindle wear. Plays Great!!!

Cover is VG+: minor shelf & ring wear; otherwise clean & sturdy. No splits.
