Description
Hail!
I offer a true Unholy Grail in BM history, a legendary album called 666 which was recorded and engineered by Katharsis at RMK in 2000 A.B. The cover art for this pressing is a collage of two different Michael Whelan paintings, reproduced here in black and white. The majority of the image is taken from "Trantorian Dream" (1983) and the inset of the swordsman is detail taken from "The Sailor On the Seas of Fate" (1976). "Trantorian Dream" was previously used as cover art for Isaac Asimov's novel "Foundation's Edge". "The Sailor On the Seas of Fate" was previously used as cover art for Michael Moorcock's Elric novel of the same name, and later by Cirith Ungol for their album "Paradise Lost" (1991). This vinyl edition was released in a strict limit of 200 hand-numbered copies (this one is #174). This copy comes with two sheets / inserts. Complete devilish set directly from inferno! This is not the original first pressing from Sombre Records from 2000.
