Comes with a 12-page booklet.

Records are absolutely perfect.
Canvas covered box is solid and in very good state with little spine discoloration and very faint edge wear start.
Booklet is Vg+ with blue writings on pages 2. Some writings on inner sleeves too (owner used to note the date when listening to a record : 3 times in 20 years)
