Gatefold cover with Bogart labels NO address in rim text NO "stereo" on labels, NO barcode, NO "2 Record Set" printed on cover, with generic Casablanca company inner sleeves. Spine reads "NBLP 7020-798"
Vinyl: looks VG+ to VG++ plays EX to NM 100% of both Lps were played to properly grade it
Inner Sleeves: EX I'm not 100% positive these are the correct inners for this pressing. I bought it used & it had white generic inners. I have another Kiss Alive, (from the same year, everything the same except in the dead wax) that had these 2 inners so I traded them for the generic ones. They do match up with a couple of others I see online. It's hard to see unless you hold the album in an angle in the right light but there are indentations of numbers as someone must have been writing on a paper on top of the sleeve. The last 2 pictures are close -ups of that area. In one you cant see the numbers at all. In the other, with stronger light at a different angle, you see some of them relatively clearly. There are others you likely can't see. (please check the last 2 pictures)

M: Mint. I only use this grade on sealed records
NM: Like new or darn close with no more than a couple of insignificant defects.
EX: Plays just a bit under near mint
VG++: A very strong VG+
VG+: A record that has experienced normal use. Will have audible imperfections.
VG : Many only surface lines or may have 1 or more small scratches .Background sound but still enjoyable. Sleeve defects will be noted.
VG-: significant background sound from various defects but music always quite audible above it. Sleeve has some damage that will be noted.
G+: The defects are very pronounced & need explanation.
G: This is a record that will still play but has so many or such bad defects that you will get more enjoyment using it as a frisbee. B runout, variant 1):
