PYE LABEL 1968 FIRST UK STEREO PRESSING IN EXCELLENT PLAYING CONDITION WITH OUTER LAMINATED ENVELOPE SLEEVE AND FOLD OUT LYRIC INSERT INCLUDING THE PULL TAB.

Released in 1969, this is the outstanding concept album by the Kinks, and it is a rare very first issue on the blue Pye label, and it is in excellent playing condition, most copies you will find of this album are very worn but not this one this is a strong excellent player and very rare to find in this condition. To hear Some Mothers Son or Princess Marina is an absolute treat.

Tracks on this Kinks album are VICTORIA - YES SIR NO SIR - SOME MOTHERS SUN - DRIVIN - BRAINWASHED - AUSTRALIA - SHANGRI LA - MR CHURCHILL SAYS - SHE'S BOUGHT A HAT LIKE PRINCESS MARINA - YOUNG & INNOCENT DAYS - NOTHING TO SAY - ARTHUR.

The VINYL, The Vinyl visually and audibly is in excellent condition, and audibly it plays through excellently with rich audio with just the lightest of crackle to be heard very occasionally and I noticed a few light pops on Mr Churchill Says otherwise there is absolutely no sticks or skips you will not be disappointed

The SLEEVE, The original frail outer laminated fold out envelope sleeve printed by Garrod & Lofthouse with STEREO sticker is in very good condition, it has two creases to the front section along with a 1cm tear. The spine text is full legible but there is wear to the spine corners causing a one CM tear to the back.

The LABELS, blue Pye labels are showing some spindle traces but basically are very clean and free from unwanted writing or stickers.

The INNER, The original poly lined inner is clean with no splits etc.

The INSERT, The Victoria insert is here but is grubby with a tear and there is some writing mainly in pencil

I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc
