The Kinks – Arthur Or The Decline And Fall Of The British Empire Queen Victoria insert

The disc has more than three light marks. They aren’t overwhelming the playback. The disc has no deep scratches or skipping. It does have a slight warp. The cover has a name written on the inside at the top border and something that looks & feels like acetate stuck to the front top. The cover is halfway split at the top and has about a 1” split at the bottom opening. The inner is very crisp as well as the insert and both show minimal signs of age. There is fading and creasing. No foxing throughout.
So hard to find a nice copy of this. The Kinks were a gem in the crown of the Mod scene. Their use of power chords and distortion popularized paired down earlier experimentation by Willie Johnson and Link wray. The Kinks are widely considered to be the beginnings of Punk and Heavy Metal.
