Description
Up for immediate sale is the soundtrack record titled Kimagure Orange Station, featuring songs from the classic hit anime series Kimagure Orange Road sung by Kanako Wada and others. I have owned this record almost 35 years and it has never been played; just part of my devotion to the cult that respects this seminal comedy/romance and its colorful cast of characters including the ultimate girlfriend, the many faceted and unforgettable Madoka Ayukawa. In case you did not know, records sold and imported to the USA back in the day were not sealed in shrink wrap at the time of pressing, but just protected in a loose fitting outer transparent plastic sleeve. That is why I can show you the partial contents, which includes the four page, full size foldout with Japanese text and images from the series. This record is in near mint condition as is jacket with just a trace of trivial wear on one corner. It comes complete with the "obI' or paper vertical promotional band on the left edge. This comes from deep in my KOR archives and has been stored vertically, in darkness in a pet and smoke free climate controlled environment. PLEASE NOTE: this is the original vinyl 33 1/3 Japanese pressing NOT TO BE CONFUSED with the recent and likely inferior repressing on colored plastic. Not having the repressing, I do not know, but doubt, it contains the interior foldout with images. As such, this commands a premium.
