"Down On The Farm b/w Oh! Babe"
Frantic & obscure 2-sided rocker by this legendary artist! Originally a backing piano player for the great Wanda Jackson in the late 50's, this Oklahoma native cut this 1st single on the Dallas-based White Rock label in 1958.
I never use the "mint" conditions to define a record not "still sealed".......
Shows little signs of having been played much, if at all (very slight storage warp).
Safely ships in an extra-cushioned standard 45-rpm mailer.

This 45, along with the 6 others listed this week on EBAY, all came from Hill's Record Shop on 923 Mill Ave. (the old Tempe Town Center) back in the late 50's/early 60's. All are "stamped" Hill's - (except the darker label local Phoenix VIV 45) - as was Mr. Pearlman's company policy back then. All are close to store stock - and show very little play, if at all. 5 of the 7 are DJ - "not for sale" - promotional 45's. These are part of a larger batch originating from that shop between 1957 & 1961.
