This LP presents Kenny’s recordings in chronological order, starting in February 1951. Now a rather forgotten name in the annals of British jazz, tenor man Kenny Graham ‘s Afro-Cubists played an amalgam of bebop, African and Cuban rhythms and super-modern harmonies. Born in London 19 July 1924, and sadly died on 17 February 1997.
