Description

Blue Note Records 4181, this is an original mono pressing - NOT a reissue -- of the classic Kenny Dorham LP "Trumpeta Toccata".  Dorham is joined on this 4 song date by Joe Henderson, Tommy Flanagan, Richard Davis, & Albert Heath.  This pressing has the "New York USA" address notation, with "van gelder" and the infamous "ear" symbol clearly stamped in the dead wax on both sides; there is a "deep groove" under the label on side 2, but not on side 1.  Laminated jacket is stunning M- in original shrink wrap.   Vinyl is a shiny and clean NM, with some light paper marks on side 1.  Sound quality is strong throughout, while labels are crisp with no spindle wear.  One of the best original copies of this one I have seen!  Buyer pays $7.50 shipping in the US, $15.00 airmail overseas.  I accept Paypal & US Postal Money Orders.  Thanks for looking and good luck!
