Description
Here we have the "Best Of..." collection, 12" vinyl LP set by KATE BUSH. Titled ; "THE WHOLE STORY" (1986). It is on the EMI record label.
CONDITION:-
This is an original "MANUFACTURED IN THE UK" issue; an early, but not First Pressing. VINYL :- Side A:- Visually; VERY GOOD+ (several, very mild, surface marks). Play graded @ EXCELLENT- (really good sound; just a couple of crackles). Side B:- Visually VERY GOOD+ (same as A-side). Play graded @ EXCELLENT (really good sound, better than Side-A; As Good As It Gets !). GATEFOLD SLEEVE:- VERY GOOD++ (sticker mark where the removable "Hits" list sticker was; just a little (expected) age dulling; great, broad spine). Matrix A-3U / B-3U (indicating an Early PRESSING or, issue) with "TOWNHOUSE" etched into the dead wax on both sides. *Contains the Top 20 Hit Singles. "Wuthering Heights" (no.1) with new vocal , "The Man With The Child In His Eyes" (no. 6) (in my opinion, her greatest song) , "Wow" (no. 14) , "Breathing" (no. 16) , "Babooshka" (no. 5) , "Army Dreamers" (no. 16) , "Sat In Your Lap" 9no. 11) , "Running Up That Hill" (no. 3) , "Cloudbusting" (no. 20) & "Hounds Of Love" (no. 18)*. Of course, "RUNNING UP THAT HILL". has recently become a (slow burner) NUMBER ONE HIT SINGLE due to it featuring the TV series "STRANGER THINGS".
OVERALL GRADED @ VERY GOOD++ (EXCELLENT for SOUND QUALITY).
