Description
This is a very rare 1993 Brazilian first pressing of The Red Shoes LP. The cover has obvious ring wear and a small sticker in the top corner. The inner sleeve is made of a stiffer cardboard than the British issue and is in excellent/very good plus condition. The record is in overall, very good condition. It would benefit from a deep clean to eliminate some background crackle and "Moments of Pleasure" and "Why Should I Love You" does have one jump each on it at the moment. The sound quality has never concerned me during the year I've owned it. I've only played it about 3 times. I've left the gradings the same as when I bought it.
I am selling this because I have recently upgraded to an original UK press of the album. I have decided I don't "need" two copies. (tempting though it is to keep it!) If, like me, you collect Kate Bush vinyl this is an excellent/ good value way to start owning The Red Shoes, original press, on vinyl and its nice to have something different too! For example there is a blank space on the rear cover where the bar code should be, and there's no thumb notch on the inner sleeve. The sleeve clearly says "Made in Brazil" (see photos)
