KATE BUSH - Japanese White Label Toshiba Promo Only 2-7" 45rpm single set with special Promo Only Gatefold Sleeve. This is the alternate to the Seiko promo version with the Lyrics on the inside of the Gatefold sleeve. In the "Illustrated Collector's Guide To Kate Bush by Robert Godwin..he states "Seiko Promotion..Kate's only commercial venture produced what is arguaby the rarest collectible record set. A double 7" single set available in two different deluxe gatefold cover; one featuring Kate inside and one featuring the lyrics. Extremely rare, the cover with the picture of Kate inside was limited to 25 copies the second pressing was 200 copies." PRP-1046/1047 Moving/Wuthering Heights (PRP-1046) and Them Heavy People/The Man With The Child In His Eyes (PRP-1047) Rarely seen for sale and the records look unplayed. The cover has a japanese stamp as well as one side of each of the record labels, but not overly detracting. The cover has some very light age stains and can be seen in the inside of the gatefold sleeve. Sleeve is still nice and glossy with no tears..very clean apart from rubber stamp as mentioned and some minor age stains(see photographs). When will you get the opportunity to find this one again? BTW: I am looking for (1) Kate Bush "Before the Dawn" show ticket at London's Eventim Apollo, Hammersmith...ANY DATE..I will fly over from California U.S.A. for the show...I have some VERY RARE KATE STUFF TO OFFER UP OR WILL PURCHASE IF REQUIRED....................IF YOU ARE A FAN AND HAVE ENDED UP WITH ONE EXTRA TICKET AT A REASONABLE PRICE POINT......PLEASE MESSAGE ME.
CONDITION:
This record(s) look new and unplayed. I have never played it. I would grade them Mint and the cover looks to be in Excellent- condition with minor age stains and rubber stamped japanese markings as mentioned.
