Description
When Katatonia's Discouraged Ones came out in 1997 a very small quantity of official and original LPs was pressed. Due to the ridicolously scarce quantity they are now impossible to find!!! This is the ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING from Avantgarde Music AV029 that we received as a promotional copy back in 1997 from Sound Cave, a leggendary only-metal music shop in Milan. It carries the sticker on the back cover with the writing "Omaggio". Unfortunately our cheap-camera does not allow us to make a clear picture of the sticker.
Gatefold cover is in stunning condition. No writings, so splits, no scotch...LIKE NEW!!! The record has never been played! No spindle marks, no scratches, no hairlines...has never seen a turntable. Labels are like new as well.
Please note this is not one of those cheap re-releases or later pressings. This is THE original LP as it came out in 1997, with the SIAE sticker with the "Omaggio" (promotion) writing.
This comes directly from our private collection...and we want to be sure it will be well taken care of as we did in all these years!!! This is a stunning ARCHIVE COPY!!! Impossible to find in this condition!!!
