Postage:
We only post once per week being a Tuesday (therefore it will take up to 7 working days once item has been posted)
Items must be sent via registered post which is an extra cost of $2.95 if you would like to be covered in the case of the loss of an item by Australia Post.
All items are sent via trackable post. When items state Pick up Only and you are the winning bidder, please email us and we will happily provide address and contact details. If the item is listed as pick up only, and you wish to have it delivered, as the winning bidder we rest the responsibility in your hands to arrange the courier/delivery driver.
Payment:
PayPal, and Payment on Pick-Up are the only Payment methods accepted. Item/s must be paid and/or picked-up within seven days of winning the auction. Please note we do not have direct deposit available.
Pick Up:
Pick up can only be carried out from Monday-Wednesday or Friday between 9.30am-4.00pm, however if this does not prove suitable, please send us a message and we will aim to come up with a solution.
Items must be collected within 21 days of auction end date. Items not collected within 21 days may incur a storage fee, unless a prior arrangement has been made. Items under $100.00 will be re-sold or disposed of after 28 days after auction has ended. Items sold between $100.00 and $500.00 will be disposed of after 3 months and monies may be re-couped to cover storage costs (varies according to sale item). For further information please refer to the NSW Fair Trading Website. This written disclaimer acts as a written notification to consumers regarding collection of goods.
Returns/Refunds:
bigheartenterprise will not accept any returns without approval via email/Ebay Messages.
Approved returns will be subject to inspection on arrival, Items must be returned in original condition and if applicable, with all original accessories.
All postage costs are non refundable unless the item you purchased was incorrectly described or not the correct product.
bigheartenterprise will endeavor to process all returns& refunds within 7 working days

bigheartenterprise will file any non paying bidders based on the eBay policy
