Joy Division - Unknown Pleasures LP - 1st Issue, Textured Sleeve, "Ruby" Vinyl
It's thirty-five years since this record was released and it's still deeply unsettling. As the title says, this is the original issue with the textured outer sleeve, printed inner with rounded corners and vinyl which appears black until held up to bright light.The vinyl is VG+, it's been professionally cleaned and rehoused in a new anti-static inner sleeve. It plays well - I listened to the entirety of it and the worst flaw was some minor crackle.
The sleeve is... VG? Judge for yourselves. I think it looks good with a bit of patina - it was made in 1979 after all.
