Joy Division Factory Records FACT 40 - Still (1981) - Rare Clothbound 'Hessian' Sleeve
I purchased this classic double album new from Penny Lane Records in Liverpool in 1985 and never saw it again new with the famous 'hessian' cover. It is indeed a rare Factory Records artefact!
As you can see from the pictures, the clothbound "hessian" gatefold cover with it's original white ribbon is in great condition. The inner die-cut cardboard sleeves and and inner cardboard cover are also in great condition. The record labels are grey on white. The album has been kept in polythene all its life - only taken out on a very few occasions. The records themselves have been played rarely.
