Description
This is the clothbound, hardcover edition of the Joy Division double album Still, Factory Records #40. This was a very beautiful, elaborate limited edition release with thick hardbound covers (thus the slightly higher shipping), embossed lettering, and the spine is decorated with a white ribbon. This is a rare item that has been very well cared for. I purchased it new in the original shrinkwrap and I am the only owner to date. I had other, more common releases of Still and only opened this to see the inside. That's right: the vinyl has never been played.
The outer book that holds the records is in near mint condition: The white ribbon is not worn or brittle. The hardcover jacket has no noticeble dirt, discoloration, edge- or ringwear, or damage to corners. The inner sleeves are included and show no wear whatsoever. The vinyl is also in near mint condition. There are no scratches, only some extremely light markings that are only noticeable when holding it up to the light. These light markings are not the result of wear and tear; they were caused by the original placing of the records inside the stiff inner sleeves.
We have other rare vinyl currently listed on eBay (with no reserves!) and will work out shipping discounts with winners of multiple items. Please view our other items. Thanks.
