This is a picture disc in the Tell Tales series featuring a Joy Division interview.  Disc states "interviewed 1982", Ian Curtis passed in 1980 so this is obviously a misprint. 

Acquired in 2004 in a lot of records I purchased on eBay from the UK.  Stored in a smoke-free home with no pets before being placed in climate-controlled indoor storage for many years. 

Some light scuffs on the record, nothing that would cause skipping.  I haven't listened to the record.
