From the information I can gather, it doesn't appear that this song was ever released.

Undated...guessing this is from around 1968

RARE item!  Not many of these around anymore.  Great for collectors!

Acetate is in fair shape. There are some cloudy marks and a few light scratches. 
It does need to be cleaned...which I have not done as I do not have the proper equipment.
