Johnny Griffin vol.2 A blowing session Blue Note 47W63rd NY23 mono DG RVG ear   Johnny Griffin  vol.2  ' A blowing session '  BLUE NOTE BLP 1559 (USA) mono 47W 63rd NY23 label with deep groove on both sides - on the bottom of back cover has the address 47W 63rd NY23 - on trail-off (dead wax) has the 'RVG' for Rudy Van Gelder and has the 'ear' - no 'R' on bottom of both labels - issued in 1957   Lee Morgan : trumpet - Johnny Griffin, Hank Mobley, John Coltrane : tenor sax - Wynton Kelly : piano - Paul Chambers : bass - Art Blakey : drums   Side 1 : The way you look tonight - Ball bearing Side 2 : All the things you are - Smoke stack         Please read carefully the cover's grading before bidding    Visual grading : record is VG- to VG still with some lustre has many wispy lines and a few more evident light scratches. Nothing is bad, deep or feelable. Clean labels with several spindle wear Playing grading : record is VG+ plays with loud and clear sound, better than it looks. Has very light background noise and some light crackling only audible in few quieter parts of side 2. Few occasional soft ticks on both sides. Music is very enjoyable  Cover grading : cover is POOR to FAIR  has remarkable wear to corners, edges and to spine. All along the right edge of front has clear tape. Back cover has much yellowing and all along the edges has heavy traces of tape's removal (see pic),      FOR US BUYER  ATTENTION $ 4 IS NOT THE CORRECT SHIPPING COST , I WILL SEND RECORD OUT FROM ITALY.  PLEASE DON'T PAY  LATER THAN  ONE WEEK WITHOUT HAVE CONTACTED  ME .
