Description
John Lennon & Yoko Ono - Life With The Lions - UK 1969 A 1 / B 1 1st Press Beatles
this particular copy is not like-new but
it will do nicely until the next excellect $180.00 + copy comes along
it is not warped and it does not skip:
VINYL CONDITION IS VG(-)
does NOT skip & with marks = there are marks but record does NOT skip
clicks appear hear & there
only two or three trail marks from each side's spindle hole so: surface wear/marks are from storage only and NOT from excess play
This is a scarce u.k. original 1st press of a beatles/lennon/yoko-ono collectible
my opinion or take on this copy is that
with this type of experimental and scarce u.k. pressing of industrial sounds this is a
still-listenable & still-acceptable package due to it's rarity and collectble u.k. press
still great '1st-copy' at affordable buy-it-now
cover is solid VG+ with no tears and normal storage issues like minor feathering
a still great '1st-copy' and at affordable buy-it-now
excellect copies of this original u.k. press sell for $180.00 +
this copy does NOT skip nor is it unlistenable
'no bed for beatle john' is GREAT
here's the appropriate additional info on this pressing:'
1) JOHN LENNON & YOKO ONO - 'UNFINISHED MUSIC No.2 - LIFE WITH THE LIONS'
This earliest possible 1st pressing of John & Yoko's 2nd experimental album is on Apple's 'Zapple' label: ZAPPLE 01
2) Both labels include the 'Sold in UK...' text which exists on the earliest copies only.
EMI removed this from all their product as this album was being released in May 1969
3) Housed in a fully laminated 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover with generic u.k. inner-sleeve
