Description
You are bidding on an extremely rare and collectable strictly Limited Edition of one of 50 vinyl acetates of John Lennon & Yoko Ono’s iconic single ‘Happy Xmas (War is Over)’.
This one-sided 12” acetate was hand-cut on the lathe at the legendary Abbey Road Studios by mastering engineer Alex Wharton and was kindly made available to us by Yoko Ono and Sean Ono Lennon.
The record was released on December 5th 2021 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the original recording in 1971.
This specially produced item comes with a signed letter of authenticity from Sean Ono Lennon and an accompanying printed insert and numbered sleeve. This is 47/50.
