Here for auction: John Dummer Band. "Blue". UK gatefold Vertigo 6360 055. VG+/EX+. Matrices 1Y 2Y
As far as I know all the parts of this album are original unless stated otherwise in the description.And all the photos show the item listed here and not some other "stock" photo etc.Just wanted to make that clear.
I have checked parts of both sides of the disc for sound quality on a Thorens TD160 super with SME Mk III arm and B&O MMC II cartridge, Roksan Kandy RA Mark III amp and B & W DM 603 floorstander's. I hope this gives a fair representation of the disc's quality in the description below.
Vinyl is in EX+ condition.A really nice disc.Record is very clean, even when viewed in strong light.Just a couple of the most light, minor non sounding marks when viewed up close in good light.There are no kinks or warps and the disc lies flat on turntable.
Sound is beautifully clear and undistorted with no repetetive tics in the parts played.Disc play's with pretty much silent surfaces.The odd crackle between some tracks ... Nice
Cover is in VG+ condition.Has rubbing to edges and spine and some damage to die cut area in middle of cover where name is printed.Has some shelfwear on back.Cover is clean and presentable and not grubby.Inside the gatefold, wear is rather less,No label's or handwriting.
Label's EX+ Could see only a few light spindle marks and there are no other marks or blemishes at all.Fine condition.
Original swirly inner sleeve is EX.
