Description

Original deep-groove pressing of John Coltrane "Settin' the Pace" on the yellow and black labels of Prestige PRLP 7213. The playing surface is nearly immaculate - bright and clean - with a high luster; perhaps played once or twice. Similarly, the laminated cover looks very close to new: sharp corners, amazingly bright (and perfect) back slick. Were it not for a ¼" laminated flake on the bottom seam, the cover would appear to have been just manufactured. Personnel includes Red Garland, Paul Chambers and Art Taylor.
