Description
This is Impulse Records AS-85, John Coltrane Quartet Plays, an orange and black "ABC-Parmount" label, original stereo issue of this classic record with Van Gelder stamped in the dead wax. The record is in near mint condition showing almost no signs of wear and playing quietly throughout. This is a beautiful sounding copy. The glossy gate-fold cover is excellent and intact. The labels are excellent and show no spindle marks. An original inner sleeve is included as well. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.
