Description
This is Prestige Records PRLP 7188, John Coltrane Lush Life, a yellow Bergenfield New Jersey label, deep groove, original mono issue with RVG in the dead wax. The record is in VG++ condition, with light marks that do not effect the music, which plays quietly throughout.. The sound is luminous and transparent. The deep groove labels are excellent. The glossy cover has a 1 1/2" split on the top seam, a1/8" bump on the lower right corner. Despite these minor imperfections the cover is still excellent and intact. This is a wonderful, collector's grade copy of a very rare original issue. I have entered a modest reserve. This record is beautiful and it plays great! The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12. This is part of a large Jazz record collection I will be offering in the next few months.
