Description
John Coltrane - Impressions LP Impulse! Stereo 1963 Absolutely magnificent album on Impulse. The laminated heavy card gatefold sleeve is beautifully designed, the music is first rate and the record is well pressed. Do I really have to sell it? Can't I marry it instead?
The vinyl is in excellent condition, it's clean and plays perfectly. It was a joy to listen to - I only hope that the reissue that I can afford sounds half as good as this!
It comes with its original inner sleeve although the record lives in an anti static inner.
The sleeve is EX-, it looks great for its age. There's a little laminate damage at the spine but that's it.
Like many of the records I'm selling today this came from the large collection of a busy man now aged 61. Due to the size of his collection many of the LPs were only played once or twice from new - some were never played and they were all properly looked after. His musical taste was towards the avant garde/free end of the jazz spectrum as well as being a fan of prog, psych and experimental music. I will be selling selected records from his collection over the next few years so please add me to your favourites list!
