This is a 1968 U.K. issue of John Coltrane’s and Alice Coltrane’s Cosmic Music
This is on the Impulse record label. 
SIPL515 A-1G and B-2G
This is a quite a rare reissue version.
The record is in a strong VG+ condition. The test play is at least VG+. Certainly no skips or jumps. The cover is VG. It shows signs of age but remains fit for purpose. The inner sleeve is stained - see photos. There is a sales sticker on the front cover - see photos.

Overall this is a very collectible and great playing version.
