The issue having the following attributes:
- blue/white deep groove Blue Note Records - 47 West 63rd - New York
- RVG stamped in the dead wax, both sides;
- P ("ear") for Plastylite stamped in the runout of both sides;  - no ® on the both labels
- 9M etched in the runout of both sides;
- laminated jacket;
- 47 West 63rd St., New York 23 address on back cover with no Inc.

VINYL visual - absolutely clean NEAR MINT
Sound quality - very soft bacground noise only EXCELLENT +
LABELS - as at the pictures NEAR MINT
COVER - very little worn NEAR MINT
