A fantastic item -- 5 vinyl box set with screenprinted box and foldout libretto reissuing the three volumes of the 'John Cale - Inside The Dream Syndicate' series originally released separately on cd. Released by Table Of The Elements.
I bought this from new and played it only once after taking it out of shrinkwrap (some discs have never ben played). I would therefore say they were mint condition however on inspection I would grade these records conservatively as VG+/ex as they seem to have aged slightly just by sitting in plastic sleeves the box.

Box picked up a couple of smal knocks to corners, but very cosmetic and overall the box is in excellent condition.
