JOE HENDERSON - MODE FOR JOE, Blue Note 4227, mono, 43 West 61st on jacket, New York USA on labels, Van Gelder in dead wax, original Blue Note inner sleeve.

On this 1966 recording, the musicians are Lee Morgan (trumpet), Curtis Fuller (trombone), Joe Henderson (tenor sax), Bobby Hutcherson (vibes), Cedar Walton (piano), Ron Carter (bass), Joe Chambers (drums).
The tunes are A Shade of Jade, Mode For Joe, Black, Caribbean Fire Dance, Granted, Free Wheelin'.

Condition of record is E-, 2 small scuffs, no scratches, several spindle marks, plays clean and quiet. Jacket shows some overall wear, tape repairs around all three sides.
