"THE INCREDIBLE JIMMY SMITH AT CLUB BABY GRAND, WILMINGTON, DEL." LP - On Blue Note Records, #1528. Original MONO pressing with the classic Blue & White labels and the LEXINGTON label address. The label is Deep Groove on both sides with the "ear" and RVG in the trail-off on both sides. Thick vinyl, thick carboard cover. The personnel: Jimmy Smith/organ; Thornel Schwartz/guitar; Donald Bailey/drums. The vinyl is in phenomenal M- condition (beautiful sheen, no marks of any kind). The thick laminated cover is in M- shape: bright and clean with tight seams, displays wonderfully. There is NO significant age wear, NO seam splits of any kind, NO bends or creases, NO cut-out marks of any kind, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking. Address on back cover is 47 West 63rd St., New York 23. The songs are: Sweet Georgia Brown; Where Or When; The Preacher; Rosetta. A fabulous copy of this Blue Note gem, about as nice as you'll ever see.
