For your consideration: Jimi Hendrix / Broadcasts by Trade Mark Of Quality, on orange vinyl.
I'm not sure what I can say about this one; I actually don't remember buying it and I'm pretty sure I never heard it. The cover looks rough as you can see in the photos, but the vinyl looks good. It does have the initials SM on both the record and the cover. I've been told it's rare.
Please feel free to ask any questions about any concerns you might have, though on this one I won't have much info.
