Description
An original and very rare 1968 psychedelic poster for the Mark Boyles acid lightshow otherwise known as the 'Sensual Laboratory' which was the support act on the 1968 Jimi Hendrix and Soft Machine tour. This poster could be bought at some of Jimi's concerts in 1968 and was printed in a relatively small run.
Mark Boyles is the most influential British light show artist from the 1960's and produced psychedelic back drops to Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, Soft Machine and UFO shows in the late 1960's.
The poster has a couple of edge dings on the right hand side (framing would hide this), otherwise it is in very nice condition for its age. Please see additional picture. Dimensions are 89cm x 57cm.
