Jimi Hendrix Experience - "Axis: Bold As Love" Reprise R 6281. 1968 Mono White Label DJ Promo Vinyl Record. Comes with promotional and white sleeves as shown. Cover says Stereo, I'm not sure if they sent some of them out this way or this is the retail cover. 
People have different opinions on condition so I like to put up a lot of pics and let them do the talking. The cover has 2 tears in it as you can see in the pics. The record has normal wear for a DJ promo record of that age. Please see pics.
