Jimi Hendrix 12-Album Box Set Polydor UK 1980 - Nice Condition, with extras

Selling-up my extensive record collection. Lots of interesting records in the collection - do have a look at my other items, and there are new listings every week. I may have obscure things that you didn't even know you wanted!
I bought this second-hand, ages ago. It was released in 1980, and comprises all the Polydor / Track albums up to that date - except "Smash Hits". When I received the set, it had a nice copy of "Smash Hits" in it - which is a good idea, as you would not otherwise get the first three singles, so I've left it in the box. I didn't get a booklet that originally came with it. To compensate - perhaps over-compensate - for that, I'm including a copy of the 12" record of "Gloria", that I just happen to have. This was included in other territories' versions of the box set, but not the UK issue.

Box and Covers - This comes in a strong slip-case type box (see first picture). This is made of very strong cardboard, with the designs on thin glossy paper stuck onto it. Box is in very good condition, with a little damage on the glossy paper outer layer, on the back near the top of the spine, and at the top of the spine. There's a small split developing, and a little wear, on the edge, at bottom right of the front by the opening.  A couple of marks on the bottom of the box. Covers reproduce the originals - gatefold where appropriate - some are laminated and some aren't - eg Axis isn't, but Electric Ladyland is. All the covers have a gold stamp on the back indicating limited box set - see my 7th photo. All the box set covers are in excellent condition - having just sat in the box, all these years. Cover of "Smash Hits" is very good, front-laminated. Cover of "Gloria" is light-weight card, moulded to the shape of the record, bent at one corner at the opening, and with a mark following the rim of the record, on one side.
Records - are generally excellent. I have examined them closely, found a few flaws to report. If album isn't mentioned in the list below, I couldn't find anything at all wrong with it! Midnight Lightning - side one has a short mark along the grooves on track two, and another on track 3. On side two, there are two short scratches along the grooves, and another two light scratches, all on track 2. Are You Experienced - side one has long scratches along the grooves on track 2. Side two has two tiny scratches on track 2. Smash Hits - Side one has scratches along the grooves on side two, and one light one on track 1. On side two, there's a fingernail mark across track 3, and some surface / paper scuffs. I also see a light scratch across tracks 2 and 3, and a light scratch on track 1. Electric Ladyland - is generally excellent, but on side B there's a tiny mark on track 3, and a little mark / flat impact on track 4. I remember listening to this, you may hear a few crackles at the beginning of one or more sides - as found on most albums, due to user cueing stylus onto playing grooves, not the lead-in. War Heroes - Side one looks fine, side two has a very light long scratch on track 1, another long light scratch on tracks 1, 2 and 3, and a short mark along the grooves at the start of track 2. Loose Ends - is excellent, but with a very light scratch along the grooves on track 1. Axis Bold As Love - is excellent, just a tiny mark at the end of side one track 4.   Gloria - has a few marks on it, looks like they would clean-off and leave it very nice.  Generally trivial stuff!

Postage at cost within UK - this weighs about 4 Kg, so I'll use Hermes courier - which costs £6.49.

Dispatch will usually be "next day".

Collection in person is welcome.

I don't mail things personally, to countries outside the UK - ( I mean it, don't ask) - but I am happy to use E-Bay UK's Global Shipping Program, for sending things abroad. Under this scheme, I send the parcel to an e-bay depot in UK, and they forward it to the overseas buyer.

They have a tracked courier service, for the journey from their UK depot, to the buyer.

This means that I can ONLY accept payments through e-bay (Pay Now button), and I can't send invoices. 

Overseas customers - please DON'T request an invoice - there is no combined postage, I can't make one, and it screws-up the e-bay system.

International buyers should be able to see a postage cost to their country, you may have to input your location, if your country is included in the scheme.

If your country is not mentioned, please do not bid.

Applicable customs charges will probably be shown to buyers in non-EU countries - E-Bay collects customs duty for the receiving country, wherever import duty is appropriate. If you don't want to pay the customs charges, do not bid.

I don't send to China (because I prefer not to), and I also don't send to Japan, Brazil, Ecuador and Peru, as importation of vinyl records is not permitted in their customs regulations.
