Description
Title - *Schony
Artist - Jim Schoenfeld
Label & Release # - January, #6
Size/speed - 12", 33 rpm, stereo
Vinyl condition - Side 1 track 1 and side 2 track 4 each have a click. There's a bit of noise in the dead wax. Otherwise it plays better than VG+.
Sleeve condition - Gatefold has very light scuffing. There's a tiny 'dent' at top edge. No splits. At least VG+.
Note: Both sides have labels for side 1. Label for side 2 never applied. Also included is the photo insert. Unique record. 13 year veteran hockey player, team Captain for the Buffalo Sabres, coach after active retirement and...singer/songwriter! Not a bad voice and really interesting arranging.
Grading -
M = Perfect (seldom found unsealed)
M- = Played but still looks perfect
VG++ = Very faint scratches or scuffs that don't affect play
VG+ = played with care, tiny scratches, light surface noise seldom heard over song
VG = well played, surface noise heard during song, light scratches but no skips
VG- = very well played, scratches and scuffs, surface noise throughout, but no skips
G = lots of scratches and noise
P - filler till a better one comes along
Note: Tone can very greatly from player to player and setting to setting. I hear in the upper register and need the treble low, while my friend likes it higher to hear a wider range.
