Jim Reeves - Singing Down the Lane - Original RCA Victor LPM-1256 mono Very Rare LP Record. Cover is VG++. The only detractions from the cover are the small sticker in the upper left corner, and a small 1" bottom seam split. Other than that, the cover is very clean and tight; VG+. The vinyl has some light surface marks and is everso close to VG+.
This record is from the collection of a DJ from the 1960's and 1970's. He never even listened to most of the records and stored them in a smoke-free environment. They were placed on hard shelves and were always stored vertically.
