Jefferson Airplane after bathing at Baxter's Victor SHP-5684 Japanese 1968 pressing
Totally unique heavy laminated gatefold cover designed by KEIICHI TANAAMI
These are very rare and getting almost impossible to locate in any reasonable condition, this one is the original 1968 pressing and not a re pressing, This has quite heavy vinyl and a thick laminated sleeve, that only opens on one side, the labels are blue with silver writing with long play 33 1/3

These just never ever turn up at all in any reasonable condition and are almost impossible to find so don't miss out.
The vinyl is near mint condition having no marks at all
The labels are mint.
The heavy laminated gatefold cover is in near mint condition, the inside of the gatefold has some ageing spots as seen in the close up, but this does not detract from the beautiful packaging of the outer cover.
The audio is superb, Japanese recordings are known to be some of the best ever made and this is no exception.
Graded using the record collectors book which grades as follows-
MINT- the record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
Excellent- the record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/ or creasing.
Very good - the record has obviously been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable
