Details:  First pressing of Sun Ra’s first album. Comes with a booklet, perhaps a repress? See photos. This lp has been cleaned on a Degritter ultrasonic cleaner.


Record condition:  Visually a nice VG and plays VG++! Very nice player. Visually both sides have some light marks and scuffs. None are remotely deep. Play graded in full. Side 1 has a few random ticks heard sporadically, otherwise a clean EX. Side 2 plays VG++ or better throughout. Makes a fantastic play copy! 

Cover: VG+. 3 seams show wear but no real splits. Minor wear on back. Includes a booklet which does say “Re-printed” on the inside, unlike the one from my personal copy.

NM- THE RECORD SURFACE RETAINS A HIGH GLOSS, PERHAPS ONE OR TWO EXTREMELY FAINT MARKS, STILL EXTREMELY CLEAN 

EX   ESSENTIALLY A NM- SOUNDING COPY, BUT MIGHT SHOW A SMALL NUMBER OF VERY FINE SURFACE MARKS.  STILL VERY CLEAN VISUALLY AND DYNAMIC AUDIBLY.

VG++ THE RECORD RETAINS MUCH OF ITS ORIGINAL SHINE, FEW LIGHT SURFACE MARKS AND OR LIGHT SCRATCHES MAY BE NOTED ON FAIRLY CLOSE EXAMINATION
